Hemp + Mental Recovery

Recovery is such a broad term. Luckily hemp has a million different uses, so hemp can satisfy such a classification.

For this conversation we are going to stimulate a conversation around mental recovery. Whether you are recovering from your own bad habits or an external trauma, it’s important to return to your center.

OK, easy to say. We hear it all the time, find your center. Take it day by day … yada yada….

But when I wake up…how the f*ck do I make my way towards my center.

WELL, you start by acknowledging choices that are taking you farther away from center. And then you make new decisions that are not those choices.

For EXAMPLE……

Choice leading self away from center → “Everyday I wake up to the sound of my alarm clock, reach for my phone and scroll the news or my socials”

New choice leading self closer to center —-> “Tomorrow I am going to wake up to the sound of my alarm clock and reach for my bottle of CBD and take a dose. I will then set a timer for 5 minutes and turn on a guided meditation video before I scroll the news and socials”

This modification may alter your schedule by roughly 5-7 minutes. Implement a small change everyday, allow CBD to be a safe vice to encourage the choice. Lead yourself to peace.

This is a moderate example of a choice that is leading you away from your inner peace or your center.

CBD can be a great vice for new and more radical choices, such as implementing a new drinking lifestyle or substance use lifestyle.

We support using CBD as a substitute. Use it as a way to replace a harsh habit or work your way into a new habit. Its gentle and mild effect on your mind makes it a friendly vice at any time throughout your day or night.
