Full Moons Club Opens Pre-Orders for Cooled Blend: A Women-Founded Take on the Hemp Menthol Category.

Full Moons Club today opens pre-orders for Cooled Blend, a menthol-finished hemp cigarette and the second blend from the founder-led brand. Cartons ship July 15, 2026, from the company's Florida fulfillment center. Pre-orders are available at fullmoonsclub.com/cooled at $144.99 per carton of ten packs, with a complimentary Full Moons canvas tote shipped to every pre-order customer while supplies last.

The hemp cigarette category, defined here as 85mm filtered hemp-flower cigarettes sold in pack form, is currently dominated by male-founded brands including Wild Hemp Hempettes, Hempacco, and Redwood Reserves. Existing women-founded hemp brands such as Her Highness, Miss Grass, and Franny's Farmacy operate primarily in the pre-rolled joint and lifestyle accessory segments, not in cigarette form. Full Moons Club, founded by Marion Brooks in 2017, is one of the only women-founded hemp brands shipping a product in the traditional cigarette form, and Cooled Blend brings a menthol-finished version of that product to market for the first time from a founder-led, women-coded brand.

Cooled Blend is an 85mm (king size) hemp cigarette with 0.8 grams of organic sun-grown hemp flower per cigarette. The product contains no tobacco, no nicotine, no additives, and no fillers. THC ceiling is less than 0.4 milligrams of delta-9 THC per serving. Full Moons' Original Blend, has been in the market since 2017, tested at Total THC, Non-Detectable on its most recent Certificate of Analysis from Encore Labs (Pasadena, CA, sample 2409ENC9577_7403, completed September 25, 2024). The brand will publish a fresh COA for Cooled Blend prior to the July ship date.

The launch coincides with continued state-level enforcement of menthol bans. Massachusetts has prohibited the sale of flavored tobacco including menthol cigarettes since June 2020. California's flavored tobacco ban took effect December 2022 and expanded in January 2025 to cover products marketed for a "cooling sensation," closing a loophole that tobacco companies had used to introduce non-menthol cooling cigarettes. The combined adult-21-plus population of those two states is approximately 38 million Americans. The federal FDA proposed menthol cigarette ban was withdrawn in January 2025; state-level action continues independently.

Brooks scaled Full Moons Club in 2024 after a period of personal reflection in Mexico, where she met the hemp-and-tobacco manufacturer who would later contract to produce the brand. The brand's voice is anti-cessation, plant-first, and designed for adults in their twenties and thirties who already smoke. The brand operates without venture capital and is founder-owned. Full Moons does not ship to Idaho, South Dakota, or Nebraska.
