A few common questions
I am not getting the magic link.
Check spam. The link only sends to the email tied to your order, so if you bought as one address and you are signing in from another, no email goes out. Use the address on the order or email support@fullmoonsclub.com and we will move your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Once you are signed in, open Your Subscriptions and tap Cancel on the one you want to stop. It cancels immediately, no further charges will run. You can also pause it or skip just the next shipment if that is what you want.
Am I even on a subscription?
If you did not specifically choose a recurring plan at checkout, your order was one-time and you will not be charged again. Signing in will show every subscription you have, if any.
I changed my email or my card.
Sign in with the email tied to your account, open Your Subscriptions, and update your payment method or shipping address. If you have moved off the order email entirely, email support@fullmoonsclub.com and we will migrate the account.
