Return policy.

Smokes + consumables

Because our smokes, tinctures, and patches are consumables shipped into an intimate category, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or partially used product. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right at no cost to you. See below.

Apparel, ritual objects, accessories

Apparel (tees, hoodies, totes) and ritual objects (altar tray, lighters, cigarette case, palo santo bundle) can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:

• Unopened and unworn
• In their original packaging
• Free from damage, marks, smells, or wear

Sale items and final-edition drops are not eligible for return.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If something arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item shipped, email support@fullmoonsclub.com within 72 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number (it starts with FM-)
• Photos of the damage or the wrong item

We'll replace it at no cost or refund you in full. Your choice.

How the refund works

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Timeline: 7-10 business days from the day we inspect the returned item
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect on arrival

How to start a return

1. Email support@fullmoonsclub.com with your order number and the reason for return
2. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and any instructions specific to the product
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back with tracking
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue the refund

Subscriptions

To pause, skip, or cancel a subscription, sign in to your account. Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled charge. If a subscription order has already been placed but not shipped, email us right away and we'll try to catch it. Once it's shipped, the consumables policy above applies.
