Where we ship

We ship to all 50 United States except Idaho, South Dakota, and Nebraska, where state law restricts smokable hemp. If your shipping address is in one of those states, we will not be able to complete your order and will refund any charges in full.

We do not currently ship internationally. Cross-border shipping for our Mexico launch is in development.

How long it takes

  • Processing: 1-3 business days after payment
  • Delivery: 3-7 business days via ground
  • Expedited: 2-day and overnight options available at checkout

You will receive a tracking link by email within 24 hours of your order shipping.

How it arrives

Every order ships in plain, scent-free packaging. No logos. No mention of hemp or CBD on the outside of the box. Discretion is part of the ritual.

Some states require adult signature on delivery. The carrier will request ID at the door. If no one is available to sign, the package will be held at the local facility for pickup.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, weight of the order, and the shipping speed you choose. We do not offer free shipping as a blanket policy. It is included on specific bundles and occasionally offered to newsletter subscribers.

P.O. Boxes + APO / FPO

P.O. Box delivery is restricted in some states due to carrier agreements on hemp products. If your P.O. Box address cannot be served, our system will flag this at checkout and ask for a street address. We do not currently ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Damaged or lost orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@fullmoonsclub.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace damaged items at no cost.

For packages marked "delivered" but not received, wait 48 hours (some carriers mark early) then contact us with the tracking number.
