Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Full Moons purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  • Due to the nature of our products and compliance with applicable laws, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened or partially used products.

  • Sale or promotional items.

  • Gift cards.

Return Process

  1. Email support@fullmoonsclub.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
