Eligibility for Returns

All returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Due to the nature of our products and compliance with applicable laws, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Return Process

Email support@fullmoonsclub.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
