Who we are

This store is operated by Full Moons Club, 910 West Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139. By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

You must be 21 or older

Our products are sold to adults 21 and over only. By ordering you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that it is legal for you to receive these products where you live. We may verify age at checkout or at delivery, and we may cancel any order we believe does not meet this requirement.

What we sell

Full Moons Club products are made from sun-grown hemp flower and contain no nicotine and no tobacco. Our products contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis and are intended to comply with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. Certificates of analysis are published at Lab Tests.

No health claims

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to a doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication. Hemp products may cause a positive result on a drug test; you are responsible for knowing whether that matters for your employment or licensing.

Where you live matters

State and local law on smokable hemp changes, and it is your responsibility to know the rules where you are. We do not ship to states where we understand smokable hemp to be restricted — see our Shipping Policy for the current list — but that list is not a legal opinion about your situation.

Orders and pricing

We may refuse or cancel any order, and we may limit quantities. Prices and product descriptions may change without notice, and we may correct errors in pricing or availability even after an order is placed. If we do, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval you chose until you cancel. The discount shown at checkout applies to each renewal. You can pause, skip, or cancel from your account at any time before the next scheduled charge. Cancelling does not refund a charge that has already processed.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Our content

The text, photography, and designs on this site belong to Full Moons Club and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Moons Club is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
