Shipping Policy

We’re committed to getting your Full Moons order to you quickly, safely, and discreetly.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States.

  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

  • Due to varying state laws, we are unable to ship to: Idaho, South Dakota, Nebraska.

  • Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes in certain states due to carrier restrictions.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

  • If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.

Damaged Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, email support@fullmoonsclub.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
