Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Due to varying state laws, we are unable to ship to: Idaho, South Dakota, Nebraska.

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes in certain states due to carrier restrictions.
Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly.
Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, email support@fullmoonsclub.com within 72 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
