Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to purchase from Full Moons Club. By using this site you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Product description

Full Moons Club sells hemp-derived smokable products (less than 0.4mg delta-9 THC per serving), ritual objects, apparel, and accessories. Products are intended for adults 21 and over. See our Compliance page for regulatory details.

Ordering + payment

• Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice
• We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order for any reason (including orders from excluded states, fraud risk, or bulk purchases we suspect are for resale)
• Payment is processed by Bankful, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your card number
• If a charge is declined, your order will not ship
• All sales are subject to applicable state and local sales tax

Shipping + delivery

See our Shipping Policy. We ship only to US addresses outside Idaho, South Dakota, and Nebraska. Risk of loss transfers to you on delivery.

Returns + refunds

See our Return Policy. Consumables (smokes, tinctures, patches) are not returnable once shipped. Apparel and ritual objects can be returned within 14 days if unopened and unused.

Subscriptions

• Subscription products ship on the cadence you select (every 2, 4, or 8 weeks)
• Your payment method is charged automatically before each shipment
• You can pause, skip, or cancel any subscription at any time from your account before the next scheduled charge
• Cancellation does not refund already-shipped orders

No medical claims

Full Moons Club products have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. We make no medical claims. Consult your healthcare provider before use if pregnant, nursing, or taking prescription medication.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (the Full Moons name, logo, copy, photography, illustrations) is owned by Full Moons Club or used under license. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use any site content without our written permission.

User conduct

Do not use this site to commit fraud, harass others, distribute malware, scrape our catalog for competitive purposes, or violate any applicable law. We reserve the right to cancel accounts and orders that do.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Moons Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
